Scarlet I watch as my family places a veil over my face, hiding my emotions from the man I've long desired. Alexander Wolfe is to be my husband. We are forced into a marriage of convenience, to bear an heir for our families. As much as it pains me to do so, I mask my feelings and pretend not to love him.
